Please note: this cartridge fits two different eSpring water filter models made by Amway (USA):

• For one of the models, you’ll need to slightly modify it: unscrew the bolt at the bottom and remove the coarse pre-filter (the protective sleeve).

• For the other model, you don’t need to do anything — it fits exactly as you’ll receive it.

Since I don’t know which model you have, I just wanted to let you know. But don’t worry — the cartridge will work for you either way.
